About the Role

The company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager - Managed Services to lead services sales operations in Gurgaon. This role requires a strong grasp of the services sales cycle, including experience in Annual Maintenance Contracts, Managed Services, SOC/NOC operations, Facility Management, and other IT support services. The manager will support the team in pre-sales efforts like tenders and bids, build relationships across the industry, especially with C-level executives and OEMs, and lead business development across regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for services including AMC, Managed Services, SOC, NOC, Resident Engineers, etc.
  • Provide RFP/Tender/Bid support to help the team achieve targets.
  • Expand market segments and grow the customer base across India.
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Advantageous to have existing connections with OEMs like Avaya, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Palo Alto, Alcatel, Allied Telesis, Commscope, and Belden.
  • Assist the team in developing strong key account strategies and support their execution.
  • Lead national sales initiatives and execution of strategic plans.
  • Clearly communicate Statements of Work (SOW), pricing, and service positioning to customers.
  • Drive recurring and new services business from current and new accounts.
  • Align with vertical sales and services teams for effective deal integration.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize grievances.
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical planning for business execution.
  • Compile deep customer insights to optimize team efficiency.
  • Handle documentation, data processing, and reporting related to services sales.
  • Monitor quality, consistency, and accuracy in sales operations.
  • Design and implement improved processes and team workflows.
  • Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Analyze data to support performance evaluation and sales forecasting.
